We will find a suitable tenant for your property
Together with you we’ll take a look at the living space and then we can start looking for a tenant who suits your requirements and wishes. After that we’ll start looking in our large collection of tentans to find a good match for you. After this procedure, DC Wonen is going to introduce the interested candidate(s) to you, who have taken a look at the living space. After this, you are the one who can make the choice which candidate is going to rent the living space. Of course you are free to join these visits.
We will take care of the lease and the correct papers
After we’ve found a suitable tenant for your property, we will work together with you to draw up the contract (adapted to your specific situation). In this rental agreement (which is between you and the new tenant) we will fill all the specifications that you wish for. Besides the signed lease you will receive a number of important documents, such as a copy of the identification document, a copy of the salary slip and (if necessary) a guarantee signed by the bank of the parents.
We will take care of the first income from your property
After signing the tenancy agreement we will make sure that the first month’s rent and security deposit are both transferred to your bank account.
We will take care of the key handling and proper aftercare
The signed lease with the antecedents will be sent in a file to you, for your own administration. The key handling of the rental property between the former and the new tenant(s) will be organized by us (DC Wonen).
