DC Wonen searches for an accommodation that fits your needs / wishes.
You can register, for free, and without any obligation, on our website or at our office at Hereweg 55 in Groningen. In relation to the wishes / needs that you’ve given us, we will search for a suitable accommodation for you as soon as possible!
There is a possibility to accelerate your search for a suitable accommodation by responding to our current offer of houses, apartments, studio’s and rooms (after you’ve successfully registered yourself on our website or at our office). You can respond either by filling in the response form on our website or by contacting us directly (via the phone, or you can come by at our office). In relation to your response we will make an appointment with you for a visit of the accommodation that you would like to visit / see.
You have the possibility to have an unlimited number of viewings through DC Wonen. We will keep searching for an accommodation for you until we’ve found the perfect accommodation for you!
If you’re are going to visit an accommodation, there will always be an employee of DC Wonen present. And after the mediation between you and the landlord has been established, we will draw up a tenancy agreement (lease contract) for you.
After you’ve signed the tenancy agreement (the rent contract) you will have to pay the following costs to us: the rent of the first month, one month rent for the security deposited. You can transfer these costs to our bank account, which we will give at you at the time (when it’s needed).
